Processing

Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT+8) on a business day are normally picked the same day. Orders placed later, or at a weekend, are picked on the next business day.

Methods and estimates

Standard delivery: typically 5–8 business days after despatch. Express delivery: typically 2–4 business days. Temperature-controlled shipment: despatched with insulated packaging and cold packs where required; transit time follows the express schedule.

Packaging

Glassware is packed in die-cut inserts inside rigid outer cartons. Outer packaging is plain and carries no description of the contents beyond what carrier regulations require.

Tracking

A tracking reference is added to your order once the consignment is collected and is visible under Account → Orders.

Customs, duties and taxes

International consignments may attract import duty or tax, payable by the recipient. Some destinations require import documentation from the receiving institution; where that applies we will contact you before despatch.

Undeliverable consignments

If a consignment is returned as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery charges may apply.
