1. Scope

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order placed through it.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that you are ordering for a laboratory or research purpose, and that you are authorised to do so on behalf of the receiving organisation.

3. Research use only

All items are supplied strictly for laboratory and scientific research use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices and must not be used in or on humans or animals. You are responsible for lawful use, handling, storage and disposal.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order, including where the intended use appears inconsistent with these terms.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency configured for the store and exclude taxes and duties unless stated. Payment is taken through our payment provider before despatch unless separately agreed.

6. Delivery and title

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes on delivery to the address you provide.

7. Documentation

Where batch documentation is published, it describes the batch and sample identified on that document and nothing else. It is not a warranty of fitness for any purpose.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use outside the permitted research scope.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction stated in your order confirmation.
