Description
This liquid spray spray presents Bremelanotide (PT-141), a cyclic melanocortin receptor agonist derived from alpha-MSH, as a mucosal-route research preparation.
In cell and animal models, research has addressed melanocortin receptor engagement, centrally mediated behavior, and second-messenger signaling. The liquid spray route is useful for studying central-acting peptide delivery.
